Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an unusual and remarkable therapy. It is like physical therapy for the emotions. Like physical therapy that relieves muscle knots, EFT unties emotional knots by using the physical method of tapping.
Say for instance you’ve had a stressful day and you end up with a stress headache. The emotions of a stressful day become the physical challenge of a headache. Cause and effect. Now take that and reverse it, work with a physical exercise (EFT) to alleviate a negative emotion and you have the method-at-work in EFT.
Brainspotting
According to Brainspotting International, "Brainspotting (BSP) locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.
BSP makes use of this natural phenomenon through its use of relevant eye positions. This helps the BSP therapist locate, focus, process and release a wide range of emotionally and bodily-based conditions. We believe that BSP taps into and harnesses the body’s natural self-scanning, self-healing ability. When a Brainspot is stimulated, the deep brain appears to reflexively strengthen our natural resources and resilience. BSP is designed as a therapeutic tool that can be integrated into many of the healing modalities

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a powerful psychotherapy approach that has helped over an estimated 10 million people of all ages relieve many types of psychological distress.
During EMDR therapy, the therapist works with the client to identify a specific problem as the focus of the treatment session. The client calls to mind the disturbing issue or event, what was seen, felt, heard, thought, etc., and what thoughts and beliefs are currently held about that event. The therapist facilitates the directional movement of the eyes or other dual attention stimulation of the brain, while the client focuses on the disturbing material, and the client just notices whatever comes to mind without making any effort to control direction or content.
Each person will process information uniquely, based on personal experiences and values.
Sets of eye movements are continued until the memory becomes less disturbing and is associated with positive thoughts and beliefs about one's self; for example, "I did the best I could."
At the end of each session most people report a great reduction in their level of disturbance.
